Returns Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied and happy with their purchase. It’s our priority. That’s why we’re committed to providing you with quality, handmade products and exceptional customer service. We hope you love your cashmere, but if something is not quite right, please let us know.

You can reach us anytime on to begin the return process.

If you find your order is not quite suitable, and you need to return an item, you may send it back to us in unworn condition and in full original packaging within 14 days of receiving your package. Contact us and we will provide you with an address in New Zealand for returning the item/s.

We’re more than happy to help you find a suitable item as an exchange, or we can refund you the purchase price of the cashmere item if necessary. If you would like to make an exchange, Kasmiri will cover the delivery fee to send out your replacement item. However, if you need to make any additional exchanges the normal shipping cost will be applied.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment as soon as we receive your unworn item back. Please allow up to 3 working days to transfer the amount and we’ll notify you as soon as your refund has been processed.

Unfortunately, returns that are damaged, worn, washed or changed cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.

We do not offer refunds to discounted items that are on “sale”.

Customers will be responsible for shipping costs to return any unwanted items to us in New Zealand. If the item/s does not reach us safely, we will not be able to issue a refund. For this reason, we recommend that you use a post or courier company who offer a tracking service. If for any reason you receive a faulty item, we will happily cover the cost to send it back to us.
