PLACING AN ORDER
Orders can be placed on our online store at www.kasmiri.co.
We also accept orders over the phone. Call us during business hours 61+ 404724507 to place your order.
PAYMENT
We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, ApplePay, AfterPay, ShopPay.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 24 hours (business days) and processed the same day if order is placed by 12 noon. Delivery times are:
- Australia 1-4 working days
- New Zealand 4 to 8 working days
- Rest of the world 3 to 5 working days via DHL.
We offer FREE WORLDWIDE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders. We use DHL for orders to the rest of the world outside Australia and New Zealand.
For Australia and New Zealand orders, if you require your parcel by express shipping we can arrange this at checkout for a flat rate calculated at checkout. This will incur a cost as below:
- Australia Overnight Express: $12.00
- New Zealand 1 to 3 days: $40.00
- Rest of the world: 3-5 days: $50.00.
- All orders shipped to the United States may be subject to local import duties, tariffs, and taxes as determined by U.S Customs. These fees are not included in the purchase price and remain the sole responsibility of the customer. KASMIRI does not accept liability for any costs incurred due to failure to pay these charges.
All orders dispatched require a physical address. A confirmation email detailing your tracking number and link will be sent upon dispatch of your parcel. This allows you to track your order for the delivery date and time. Please note we are unable to deliver to a P.O Box.
Import Duties
- Australia and NZ pricing includes GST and any other duties.
- Full-priced orders delivered to the USA do not include duties, tariffs, and taxes and are the responsibility of the recipient. We advise you to check with your customs duties representative before placing an order.
- Orders to the rest of the world are delivered at place (DAP). The recipient may be liable for import duties and local sales tax before parcel delivery. We advise you to check with your customs duties representative before placing an order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer free, easy returns on all products ordered from www.kasmiri.co for customers in Australia and New Zealand. Please contact us to begin the process before you send it back to us. A pre-paid postage label is included with your order.
Customers in the USA and the Rest of the World may return the item to us for a refund or exchange at your own expense. Please contact us to begin the process.
The product must be returned to us within 21 days of delivery of your parcel for a refund or exchange. The product must be unworn, unwashed, not damaged, and with all labels on the product. It is optional to return the KASMIRI box.
Items on sale or custom such as monogrammed or special orders are not eligible for a return or refund. Items bought from our stockists do not qualify for a return or exchange from Kasmiri. Please get in touch with our stockist for their return and exchange policies.

A refund will be deposited into the original form of payment once the product is returned to us unworn, unwashed, and with all labels and cards. The product must be returned to us within 21 days of parcel delivery. An email notification will be sent to you once we have received the product.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed once the product is received. We will notify you when the refund has been made.
We do not refund any customs duties and taxes that may have been part of the original shipment nor do we refund the cost of shipping as part of the original transaction.
Custom-made products such as monogrammed items are non-refundable.

We are delighted to box your order in our luxury white box tied with a beautiful ribbon and care card. Should your order be a gift, we would be happy to write a personalised message on your behalf on a card. Please write your message at checkout.
GIFT CARDS
Yes, you can purchase a Kasmiri gift card online. You may purchase a Digital Gift Card or a Physical Gift Card. A Digital Gift Card will be emailed to the recipient's email on the same day and a Physical Gift Card will be mailed to the designated address within 24 hours. The Physical Gift Card will be presented with a ribbon to enhance the gifting experience. The Gift Cards will have the recipient's name, gift card amount, date of expiry, unique code, and your message.
The Gift Card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and may only be used online at Kasmiri. If your order value exceeds the amount on the gift card, the balance must be paid by credit card. If your order value is below the amount on the gift card, the balance may be redeemed at your next purchase.
Gift cards are not refundable. A product purchased using a gift card cannot be returned for a refund and can only be returned for a gift card re-issue.
Kasmiri is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or damaged. Kasmiri has the right to cancel a gift card if necessary.
CASHMERE
Cashmere is the natural wool that comes from the soft undercoat of a cashmere goat. These goats live in cold, high-altitude regions of Mongolia and Nepal, where they develop an ultra-fine, warm underlayer to protect themselves from the freezing temperatures. In spring, the goats begin to shed their winter fleece, and they are combed or trimmed by hand to remove the soft undercoat of wool. This wool is washed and sent to factories to be spun into the luxurious, soft yarn we know as cashmere.
Not all cashmere is created equal. The difference lies in the length and fineness of the fibers, as well as how they're processed. Longer fibers mean fewer pills and a smoother, more durable finish. At KASMIRI our entire collection is crafted from Grade A - the highest quality cashmere. Grade A is made from the longest, thinnest, and softest fibres with a diameter of 14 microns (for comparison, human hair is 100 microns) and a length from 28mm to 40mm.
For comparison, Grade B is about 19 microns, and Grade C is around 30 microns, and typically are shorter in length and are highly likely to pill. The hair is also coarser, resulting in a rougher feel.

Cashmere should feel soft to the touch and should not feel itchy on your skin.
A good test is to hold the cashmere towards the light. If the surface is fluffy, the cashmere garment is likely made from shorter fibres from lower-grade cashmere, and the fibres have escaped the knit or woven structure. If the fibres begin to form little balls when you run your hand over the garment, this is also an indication that short fibres have been used to make the garment and indicates low quality.
The natural colour of cashmere is white, beige or light brown. These natural colours do not have to be dyed as intensely as black or navy blue. Dark coloured cashmere garments may feel less soft than lighter colours because they are more intensely dyed. It is not an indication of lower quality.
How the cashmere garment is made is also important for the longevity of the piece. At KASMIRI we are passionate about handcrafting our pieces to the highest standards. All our knits are tightly knitted, and our woven pieces are tightly woven to ensure our pieces never lose their shape and are worn and loved for many years.
To ensure cashmere is the highest standard, always check that your garment is made from sustainably produced cashmere that has been verified under The Good Cashmere Standard.
A little love in caring for your cashmere will ensure your cashmere piece will be cherished for many years.
Simply airing your cashmere between wears is enough to freshen up your cashmere. When it is time to wash, handwash in cold water with a dollop of gentle cashmere wash. Gently massage the wash into your cashmere. Do not wring or rub as this will damage the delicate fibres. Rinse until the water runs clear, then lay flat on a clean white towel away from direct sunlight and heat.
Always fold your cashmere to prevent stretching and store it in a box or zip bag to protect it from moths. You may like to store your cashmere with moth-repellent cedarwood balls or lavender sachets.
